Channel Partner must be registered with Company before promoting GT Realtyprojects and it is mandatory through Online / Direct walk-in to GT House (Corporate Office).
Required Doc for ID and other proof to be submitted on / before CP registration.
A Channel Partner should get the complete details about the project from Company Representatives over phone / one to one meet before promoting to customers.
CP can share only the given information about the project, Company is not responsible for any unapproved information.
CP Can utilize the Brochures/Flyers and creatives post / video given by the Company. If any other Post/Creatives related to the project should get approved by the company before promotions.
CP must give intimation to the company about the platforms of promotions.
Property visit / Experience Centre visit by Customer should be taken by CP for first visit, if required for further visit and it should be intimated by the CP at least 1 day earlier/ before starting from the respective places.
Lead Registration: Channel partners must register their Lead to the company with Company Executive or Company Online Portal, to avoid dispute among leads of other Channel Partners.
FCFS lead reg, CP Can Register Multiple leads in a single time and once the lead registered, CP should ensure the Property/Experience Centre visit within 10 days of Lead Registration.
Booking Terms & Condition: Once the Booking is confirmed for the particular PLOT/Units then Customer should sign up with the Booking Form given by the company. Advance payment should be made to the company within one week from the date of Token Advance for the confirmation.
Channel partners agree with the terms of registration and documentation charges discussed in norms with Company Executive.
It is a duty of the Channel Partner to accompany the customer from end to end process like Site visit, Follow ups, Advance payment and Settlement direct to company till final registration.
Channel Partner will be eligible for the commission/Fee at the rate of 2% on Property sale value. And based on CP Schemes this commission will vary for the improvement of Channel Partner.
CP’s Commission/Fee will be paid only after registration.
Company may at its sole discretion be entitled to appoint other channel partners for promoting projects for which you are appointed on such terms and conditions.
Company has an authorization to change or modify the above terms which should be agreed and abide by the channel partner.
